What got you into the roofing industry in the first place? Why help with roofing instead of serving in other industries?

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to meet and learn from a great leader like Steve. Our initial connection through soccer led to him recommending this industry, and I embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. His guidance has been instrumental in my growth, both personally and professionally. This experience has taught me invaluable lessons, and I am thankful for the chance to develop under his mentorship.

What is your favorite part about your job with Red Rock Roofing?

My favorite part of my job here is that it doesn’t feel like a job. Our team is full of people who want to help each other and push each other to higher levels. It really feels like a family at Red Rock Roofing.

Ensure the company is properly licensed and insured to protect both you and the contractor. Ask how long the company has been in business and their experience with projects similar to yours. Request a detailed, written estimate outlining the scope of work and associated costs. Ask for references or reviews from past clients to gauge the quality of their work. Inquire about the warranties offered for both materials and labor. Ensure the company is clear and transparent about the work required and any potential additional costs, including hidden fees.

What do you find yourself doing in your spare time?

I am passionate about fitness and enjoy staying active through workouts and playing soccer. Outside of my athletic pursuits, I value spending quality time with family and friends. I also have a strong appreciation for adventure and am always eager to meet new people and expand my network.
