Project Manager
Meet Jason Holladay, Roofing Project Manager
What got you into the roofing industry in the first place? Why help with roofing instead of serving in other industries?
I originally got into roofing because I love helping people and building relationships. A roof is one of the biggest investments a homeowner has, and when storms hit, people often don’t know who they can trust. I enjoy educating homeowners, helping them understand the condition of their roof, and guiding them through the insurance process when it’s appropriate. It’s rewarding knowing you can take a stressful situation and make it simple while protecting someone’s home and family.
What is your favorite part about your job with Red Rock Roofing?
Without a doubt, it’s the people. I enjoy meeting homeowners, hearing their stories, and helping them make informed decisions. I also love being part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Every day is different, and there’s a real sense of purpose knowing we’re helping families protect one of their biggest investments.
In your own words, what is the Red Rock Roofing Advantage?
To me, the Red Rock Roofing advantage is our commitment to people over profits. We focus on honesty, education, and quality craftsmanship. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales—we believe in giving homeowners the information they need to make the best decision for their home. From the first inspection through the final walkthrough, our goal is to provide an experience built on trust, communication, and excellence.
When vetting a roofing company looking at your roof, what questions should homeowners ask to determine if they’re credible?
Homeowners should ask if the company is properly licensed and insured, how long they’ve been serving the area, and whether they’ll provide local references. It’s also important to ask who will actually perform the work, what kind of warranties are included, and how they communicate throughout the project. A trustworthy roofing company should be happy to answer questions, explain the process clearly, and never pressure you into making a decision.
What do you find yourself doing in your spare time?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving at church, and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, snowboarding, camping, hiking, or staying active outdoors. I also enjoy personal growth and leadership and am always looking for ways to grow personally while serving the people around me.
