Supporting our community is always a top priority for Red Rock Roofing. We were proud to be a prime sponsor for the Erie High School After Prom 2025. It was a tremendous success, with 515 students attending. The event awarded over $46,000 in prizes and $10,000 in scholarships from the Erie High School Booster Club, and our donation helped make it all possible by providing activities, food, and prizes.

It’s not every day you come across a guy like Scotty. No website, just decades of word-of-mouth, wrench-turning, and wild custom builds.

Since 1997, Scotty’s Automotive has been quietly doing legendary full-blown custom builds out of Broomfield. You want a show car, a street rod, a Harley with a sidecar, a cherried out Peterbilt? Scotty builds it. Chassis up.

And somewhere along the way, word got to Steve, Red Rock Roofing’s owner, that Scotty was in sore need of a new roof, had a cashflow crunch, BUT did have something he could trade.

As we know, bartering isn’t a very common practice among serious business people like Scotty and Steve, but nonetheless, a handshake later, they made it happen: a full new roof, swapped for a pristine 1971 El Camino.

No haggle, no hassle. Just two Colorado craftsmen doing right by each other.

And in true Red Rock Roofing spirit, Steve later gave the El Camino back. Because for him, helping a neighbor mattered more than keeping the keys.

As Steve puts it: “We’re in the roofing business, sure, but we’re also in the people business. And no roof should get left behind.“

He told me they were "very prompt, reliable, honest and did quality work".  These are attributes that I echo 100%.

The work they performed for me was at an older church (where I am a volunteer) in downtown Boulder with a very high roof.  The crew was very courteous and communicative.  They were also very careful to ensure the worksite was safe & secure for the public during and at the end of each workday.  We had one minor scope change when they discovered the moisture barrier on one of the roof elements was damaged and was causing some leaking - the source of which we were previously unable to identify.  Ultimately the project was completed ahead of schedule

Living in our neighborhood he made both trips after a long day on some major projects and showed me the minor problem and quick fix. The initial contacts with the Red Rock representatives -Andy & Jake -  were helpful, timely and courteous; and resulted in us getting a sizeable insurance claim to help cover the cost of the new roof.
We initially obtained proposals/bids from three roofing contractors.  The Red Rock proposal was the lowest price, the most detailed/comprehensive, and was backed-up by the most  competent/knowledgeable marketing and management personnel.
The four-man installation team was very professional and completed the job in an impressively short period of time. The team communicated with us effectively, respected our property, and did a yeoman’s job of cleaning-up after the installation.
The newly installed roof comes with a fifty-year transferable guarantee which has reduced our insurance premium and increased the value of our house.
