What got you into the roofing industry in the first place? Why help with roofing instead of serving in other industries?

I was looking for a job that provided a service that people needed. When people need what you have they tend to appreciate what you do a lot more. It feels good when you can see genuine gratitude after we work with someone.

What is your favorite part about your job with Red Rock Roofing?

I really appreciate how much the owner cares about his employees. It builds trust within the culture, which allows us to reach greater heights together.

In your own words, what is the Red Rock Roofing Advantage?

We have a lot of advantages, a few being: we are local and only in Colorado. This allows us to focus more on quality control and take care of our community here. Quality over quantity. Another advantage is how much the owner pours back into the company, because of this it creates more opportunities for all of us. When we’re taken care of, it’s easier to take care of those around us as well.

When vetting a roofing company looking at your roof, what questions should homeowners ask to determine if they’re credible?

Are you guys local? Are you platinum-certified? How long have you been in business? Will I have a project manager at my install?

What do you find yourself doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I like to read and play music. This is essential to decompress after a long day of work. When I have a day off I like to stay physical and keep pushing myself by going hiking or snowboarding.
